Problem

Most small firms are already running on ChatGPT and Copilot. Usually nobody has decided what's allowed. Fulcral supplies the guardrails, so they keep the speed without the confidentiality problem nobody wants to explain to a client after the fact.

It came out of doing this work inside a firm. Copilot policy, use-case evaluation, deployment standards. Those problems don't change much with company size, but the ability to hire someone to own them does.

What I built

The product turns AI rollout decisions into workflows a non-technical team can follow: guardrail policy, approved use cases with review procedures, and a phased rollout plan with leadership checkpoints.

Architecture

Next.js on the front, Supabase behind it, Stripe for billing, deployed to Vercel.
